5 Borough Prints creates and prepares products individually as a small business. Our products are not mass-produced.

Because of the handmade and individually produced nature of our products, slight variations may occur between items. Differences in color, placement, texture, stitching, printing, finish, or appearance may occur from one item to another.

These variations are part of the unique nature of our products and are not necessarily considered defects.

Orders

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Because our products are individually made and prepared by our small business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit due to change of mind, incorrect size, color selection, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to an incorrect or damaged order.
