United States Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.50 for orders shipped within the United States.

Canada Shipping

We offer shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $20.00.

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by Canadian authorities.

Europe Shipping

We offer shipping to Europe for a flat rate of $25.00.

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, Misdelivered, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, 5 Borough Prints is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged during transit.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if available.
