At 5 Borough Prints, our products are handmade and/or individually produced by us. Because of the nature of our products, each item may have slight variations in color, placement, texture, finish, or appearance. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Because our products are made individually and are not mass-produced, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds
• Cancellations after an order has been placed
• Store credit in place of a return or exchange

Please carefully review your order, product description, size, color, and other available options before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order information and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and determine whether a resolution is appropriate.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable law.
